Rosemary Oil

• Massage / Skin Oil

Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil with your favorite cosmetic carrier oil and/or butter. Only then apply it to the skin.

  Add up to 6 drops of rosemary essential oil to a bowl of water and heat it over a tealight candle. The released aromas create a pleasant atmosphere in the room.

• Humidifier / Diffuser

• Bath
  Add up to 6 drops of rosemary essential oil to a fully filled bath. The aromas and warm water help relax both body and mind.

• Caution
  Avoid using rosemary essential oil undiluted. This may cause skin irritation and other adverse side effects. Always dilute the oil with water or a carrier oil.
