How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the Benelux: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping for the rest of Europe: Your order will be delivered within 2-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track and trace code.
Do you also ship internationally?
No, for now, we only ship within Europe
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over €30 within the Netherlands. Shipping costs start at €5.95. The exact shipping costs or free shipping will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your destination and the items in your shopping cart.
Can I return my product?
You can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To receive a full refund (processed within 5 days of receipt), items must be in their original condition. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense; we recommend using registered shipping for your peace of mind.
