Right of withdrawal & Returns
Is your order not quite what you expected? No worries, that can happen! At ZinatBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a clear and flexible return policy in accordance with EU legal guidelines.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
How does the cooling-off period work?
- The period: The legal cooling-off period of 14 days starts from the moment you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
- The notification: Within these 14 days, you inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
- The return period: After your notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us.
Step-by-step plan: How to return your order
Cancelling your order is very simple. Follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Register your cancellation. Send an email to our customer service at info@zinatbeauty.com or use the cancellation link (at the bottom of this page). Always clearly state your order number and which products it concerns.
- Step 2: Pack the product. Make sure the product – if reasonably possible – is in its original condition and packaging. Pack it neatly to prevent damage during transport.
- Step 3: Ship the package. Take your package to a post office or parcel point of your choice. Please note: the direct costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Keep the shipping receipt (with Track & Trace) safe until your return has been fully processed.
Refund
If you cancel the agreement, we will refund all payments you have made up to that point as quickly as possible. This includes any standard shipping costs you paid for the initial shipment.

- Period: Within 14 days after your cancellation notification.
- Method: Via the same payment method you used (unless otherwise agreed).
Important note: We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the products (whichever comes first).
Depreciation and Exceptions
Can I test the product?
You may examine and assess the product at home as you would in a physical store. If you use the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, you are liable for the depreciation. In that case, we may deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded.
Products excluded from cancellation:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for some products. This includes, among others:
- Products made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.
- Products that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery (e.g., certain cosmetics or hygiene products).
